PSA: Know when it's time to look at that air filter.

I've seen where banks will do the value thing where you have a loan larger than you need because there's things that cone up and the project gets stuck b/c you're out of money, but 4x is a lot of liability. I think in this case the appraisal is to make sure they have enough security should you default. I hope this gets resolved quickly for you and your project is taken care of. See, the sun came up again. :) Things are OK.

Try and rrst easy, friend. Love on your family, and, ine Halloween we were so poor my mother dressed us as hobos, complete with stove black on our faces to go teick or treating. LOL True story.

She tried to force through an amount four times bigger than we wanted and it triggered an appraisal. She tried to lower it to the proper amount and it still asked for an appraisal.

I don't know if it would have asked for an appraisal at the lower amount anyway or if once it's triggered, it's triggered no matter what. She said she can't cancel it on her end so that makes me think this is the case.

nostr:npub1dqjff4hhp6nctfmqv5r3usppknff2khvkzexkv7tte2g7f5ycr0qhg8t50 Sorry, I know I'm asking a ton of questions you may not know anything about. I'm just mildly having a total mental breakdown.

nostr:npub1g5p800zr3f9ngq8d8v0t4rl36sdjs48j8z96df2twy23wvflg4eshh8gag I don't know how they schedule that part. You need to hound the bank to fix this issue it seems like based on your initial post. But remember the first rule, don't panic, it doesn't get the job done and just wears you out. I don't know if you're anxiety prone or not, but just know this will get resolved. First off, is it ok to communicate with your contractor that the bank is working on the loan but they've filed something i correctly forcing an appraisal when it shouldn't have?

nostr:npub1g5p800zr3f9ngq8d8v0t4rl36sdjs48j8z96df2twy23wvflg4eshh8gag These banksters hardly ever do a through appraisal. They usually sit in their cars and make sure a residence exists, look at it briefly, and move on and maybe review on redfin and look at title info. I'm not saying that's what you'll get, but it's highly likely some form of that in the states, and more-so if your real estate market is warmer. Also, they appraise houses all the time and bump up your tax liabilty, but that's the county assessor who does that.

It's just fun to post this. Cruel I know.

Or are we supposed to feel sorry for Lizzo?
