Bullish the for UK?!?!?

Thinking back to the my life with Dug, when we met each other, I was alone, with no direction, slogging through the 9-5 with no idea where I was going, he saw me through some tough times of loneliness and I didn’t even realise it. He wasn’t my life partner, but he saw me through that part of my life where I needed someone and went on to meet someone and then have 2 kids.

Realising his body had reached the end of its life was tough, but I hope he was happy that he’d completed his life’s work and I was ready to go it alone.

Jealous of the angels that are enjoying his company (and if that isn’t a thing, happy whenever anyone mentions his name that his memory isn’t only still alive in my head). Appreciating the scarcity of the time we spent together was what made it special.

That is how special time with your children, or visiting your parents is. We only have NOW. I doubt you will regret spending that time with them when that time has gone.

Your time is scarce, spend it wisely. Do what you can to not waste it doing jobs for fiat. Dug and I spent our time well together.

Joined the world pre genesis block, checked out at block 532148, missed ever since. First and penultimate photo of him.

When the data breaches start to reach your door rather than just your inbox. Looks so official and someone posted this in the uk, can’t quite work where the post mark is from.

@Jameson Lopp any stories about anything going on in the UK? Currently training my daughters on what to do when there is a home assault!!!

7 years ago was a rough block. 🐶🫡🙌

Nothing stops the “ultra sound money train” 🫣

Great work nostr:nprofile1qqs2znvdkzgr738c2prhte8p6cve7l6qndgfydctxtjq9w85m8qm9xcpz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9e3h2unjv4h8gtnx095spzy6js and @croesus, once in a species is rather special. Really need to get into shelling out and then give this a proper read. My brain understanding of neuroscience has room for improvement.

Made me think maybe all those “anti capitalist” “eat the rich” “we don’t need money” crowd just don’t have fully formed brains and we need to just find them somewhere to live with a lower population density. 🫣

You beat me to it……… hr = zero contribution to the company’s bottom line

Gm nostriches, great video on the impact of the potential, imminent, planned wealth tax introduction to the UK. Love the yougov poll, whoa, who would have thunk it, 75% of people are in favour of a wealth tax…….. news flash, people vote for taxes that “don’t affect them”!!!!! 100% of turkeys voted against Christmas, but the turkey party lost the democratic vote!

Fully in line with what you would expect from the labour government and the under educated/state educated/marxist educated masses. The darkest, most unpleasant part of me says fucking bring it on, ACCELERATE, everyone with the means and the cognitive capacity will side step it, before the threshold falls to the value of your house.

#catsr looking forward to chasing Greek/Portuguese mice. #coffeechain second cup on the cards. Sasha takes on UK is pretty much on point.

Don’t worry, the state will take over the means of production and the evil capitalists will be pushed out of business and soon the company will reopen but the common plan won’t make what you want to buy.

Ah, this is communism mkii, they’re making it more ruinous to an economy and a society. These guys are born and raise hell raisers.

Cheers for the shout out nostr:nprofile1qqs82kcxtx2ts0gs6hdaywksurgdyhgtuzg26569ee3pv4ygm5c9qhspz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0v96xcctn9ehx7um5wghxcctwvshsqmyhhe, and happy to help with your education on why so many progressive policies are in fact communist in origin, the list of 10 points is like a list of must haves in any modern “democratic” manifesto, state controlling the means of production ✅ take away the ability to pass on wealth through inheritance ✅ brain washing kids with state education ✅

It’s to the point when I see something I may agree with, then realise they must be wrong because it’s on the list. Kids heading to work in the local mines tomorrow morning.

Me, calmly wondering why the uk is turning into the playground for the implementation of Marxist ideologies, bemused how Ed Miliband (secretary of state for energy and climate change) with his Marxist father has such as impact, then stumble across the Secretary of State for culture, media and sport has a “Marxist academic” father.

🤯

Now to see how many labour mps are secretly Marxists!!!!

🫡🙌, but f I’m going to have a money pit, it at least has to be rear wheel drive!!!!!

People say everyone needs to own an Alfa Romeo at least once and this classic showed up (I must have walked past it before, but didn’t look closely enough. Given the nearly 30 year age, may drive like a dog, but is pretty special and on the outside a least looks is pretty good shape. V6 24v 156 #carstr #alfa

“All the people in government are just rubbish” my twelve year old daughter on our walk to school this morning.

I’ve literally never been so proud of her, or my own skills in education.

May have also told her that public education is on the communist manifesto, so best stay frosty with what the teachers are spouting!!!!

Everything is progressing as bitcoins wants.

My father, brother, mother and I are big fans though.

Unfortunately, my wife isn’t the drinker she once was, so your wine hasn’t won her over.

Colleague at work just said, “you’re such a bitcoin whore”, based on my t shirt I guess, but saying that, I might be persuaded to sell my body for bitcoin, if the price in sats was right.

Normies are still flippin’ clueless. Talking to this guy when sats were 4000 to a dollar, probably more, but hasn’t taken 5 minutes to learn more. Peace and love guys.

Gm nostriches, what an amazing way to start my Thursday, #coffeechain to start things off then a message saying that my new bike is ready for shipping…… hmmm, maybe tell the wifestr to expect a delivery…….

Love being referred to a “young talent”. #catstr agreed to be a trail cat!!! Might head out for a ride to celebrate.

My ability to code is even further away from my current skill set than the math!!!! Put it in a spreadsheet instead to work on a simulation!!!!

Fack, wish I could still make sense of algebra, probability functions and summation integrations…….. I don’t like my chances of actually getting an answer out this.

Phew, good job I only write stuff now rather than “just do sums”, I’ll try and write about how it may make sense. #mempool #bitcoin

May have found a bitcoin paper with the worst acknowledgement section ever………

Dude organises a session with faketoshi, and after years break to deal with deformations cases and be proved not to be Satoshi, the “creator of BSV” joins the authors department and before this has never before written about bitcoin.

#bitcoin

Found a David Starkey video talking about Ms. Reeves, “she’s someone who has been found out”. She has lied at every stage of getting where she is, and she’s now running scared, a preoccupation with supply side economics…….. only one problem with that, no one thinks whether people actually want to buy what they are supplying.

Hang on tight freaks, this week could get wild.

When is the point where one keeps the passports (and maybe a hardware wallet) in a rucksack so you can grab it and leave at a moment’s notice? Saying that, a new rucksack may have just been added to my “must buy now” list.

A storm after all this calm (with Bitcoin anyway) plus in everything else, nothing is off the table.

Gm nostriches, enjoy the calm this Sunday, take a moment to touch grass, maybe touch a #catstr (🤔🫡🙌), things could get wild in the week ahead, so prepare yourself.

Spend a little time on your GTFO strategy (better have it in place and not need it than need it and having to scramble).

Very good. 🫡🙌

Very likely the case, but if Zarah only got the Labour nomination to secure “the block” vote, she is now out on a ledge, very likely never to be elected again. 31, zero experience, looking down the barrel of having grown accustomed of an £93k salary. She’s going to be a fun watch.

Planning on ditching the fiat mine so I can put in some serious work to answer this very question!!!!!! Saying that, not averse to a Porsche 968.

Gm nostriches, early morning #coffeechain with some fun YouTube, “entry level Ferrari”, starting at a cool €250k!!!! Phew, happy my tastes are a little more humble and I may have snapped up the final bike my make of choice had available in the country (🫡🙌).

Inflation in supercar is wild, I remember, not too long ago, when the entry level was a lot closer to €100k. Maybe I can simply wait until the entry level comes down to 1btc, but at that point, still won’t want to be one of THOSE people, then I’ll be able to get a 90’s coupe for a couple of million sats with change for a restomod!!!. Oh yes

Gm nostriches, got a reminder from work about the “auto enrollment” in the Uni pension scheme. A “good pension scheme”, but one that is controlled and ultimately unfunded, where is that 28% contribution coming from you fucking moron?!?!?

Then, I had a thought. Speaking to a no coiners who say “I’m late, you got in so much earlier, you’re so lucky” (deep breath). But that isn’t the point. Turns out if I was going back to zero btc, today, I’d still be at a massive advantage. I’d still opt out of the pension, I’d still stack hard, I’d still save in bitcoin. It is absolutely not about the stack, but the development of the mindset of not believing the fiat “brain rot” and opting out of a whole bloody system.

Time for a #coffeechain with a fiat minded colleague later….. note to self, stay humble.

Waiting to see the British death cult (also see the labour party) promoting a similar message….. “the single life is the way to happiness”.

Gm to the Canadian nostriches out there, enjoy Canada day the day an unelected bureaucrat “requests all her majesty’s subjects across Canada to celebrate July 1st”

Love the country, love the people but appears you’ve had cucked politicians since day one. Also, went to “enjoy” a Canadian coffee at the weekend, doubt it had as much cream as I asked for!!!!

Wasn’t expecting this turnaround today, big helping little and then it clicks. Two bike riding daughters = happy dad.

Suppose I need to buy another bike to both celebrate and free one up for the family bike rides. I’m so self less.

nostr:npub16le69k9hwapnjfhz89wnzkvf96z8n6r34qqwgq0sglas3tgh7v4sp9ffxj thanks for the show, I’ve listened to Paul Sztorc a number of times, there is maybe something interesting in his ideas (hard forks are an option), but he both articulates them poorly and makes sweeping statements about the alternatives, “Lightning’s failed”, “federations are the worst of both worlds”. We’re, I think that is wrong bongo!

Well done nostr:npub1trr5r2nrpsk6xkjk5a7p6pfcryyt6yzsflwjmz6r7uj7lfkjxxtq78hdpu for staying so calm but also bringing the receipts of all statements made.

It feels like Paul is dealing with a combination of both the best being the enemy of the good with looking for a solution to solve everything, while also putting people off by being a bad messenger.

Gm nostriches, Great work nostr:nprofile1qqsza748zkamgmw4he4hm2xhwqpxd5gkwju38wqh3twmtshx8kv8xvgpr9mhxue69uhhqatjv9mxjerp9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsq3gamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k78e8ltm , while at a macro level very good argument, but over the time period, the demoinetisation and remonetisation of gold plays a role. I think at the moment gold is remonetising in real time so making your argument stronger.

But This is not only about 1899, in 2003 I got my first paycheque for £950 (after tax, per month), this would have bought me 4.1 ounces of gold. Inflation adjusted, today this wage would buy 0.67 ounces of gold, 84% loss of purchasing power. An effective loss of purchasing power of around 7.7% a year.

In today’s figures, my first job would earn me £144k a year (before tax). Annoyingly, at the time of my first job, I was quite interested in gold, just didn’t have a way of buying the physical stuff.

Work based #coffeechain already running low, but at least I’ve spent the first part of my day doing something productive!!!!!!

2 million sats I reckon, to get me through the last few weeks of perfecting my craft, before my wife loses it and heads out to get a job to support us both!

“They are a web design agency” who have recent started a bitcoin treasury strategy on British exchanges. FCA really doesn’t like Bitcoin, so waiting for these two things to meet!
