This is my first month experimenting paying all of my utilities using visa prepaid giftcards bought on lightning from the bitcoin company.

Took a bit of getting used to but now that i have a channel funded with the bitcoin company, itll be easy to do in subsequent months 🤙

No its probably the way i wrote it. Curious why the 2nd or 3rd block being constructed dont have any 100 plus sat/byte but then as soon as the block is mined, the next one fills up with 100 plus sat / byte transactions that were not present in the mempool as far as i can tell. Id imagine there would be some higher sat/ byte transactions in the 2nd, 3rd block being constructed too ( obviously less but still some ).

Daughter is down for nap, time to read a little Broken Money and wait for mempools to clear 😅

What is going in with blocks right now where a bunch of transcations show up with really high fees show up to populate the next block, but they are not evident in mempool in say the 2nd or 3rd block being constructed ? Anyone know ?
