Should give you a good introduction into his background.

More in-depth: https://redirect.invidious.io/watch?v=SiBFtwbyv44

If you're looking just for his medical stuff, he has a Substack that goes into that.

This is basically what Jack Kruse says as well. He's building off of Becker's work. Started with paleo, supplements, found Bitcoin, saw COVID coming, claims it's emf & blue light & water & sun exposure & circadian rhythm that's important to look at. Doesn't shill any products either.

This could've easily turned into a cringy humiliation ritual for everyone involved (and at first I thought it might venture into that direction) but this was really humbling for everyone involved and they all accepted it without their egos getting in the way. No product advertisements as well.

By now about 30% of males from the hacker space I used to frequent for years are now trans "women" or "questioning their gender". Similar metric for prominent people from the german scene as well.

I'm not very conservative and I believe almost everyone should be free to live however they want but if this isn't some mass delusion run by western governments, NGOs, think tanks, religious organisations and multinationals, I don't know how else this could've escalated to this level.

I'm not interested in hating against any of them. I'm just worried about their minds and bodies should they ever abandon that path. From what I've read from detransitioners, at least some of the effects of HRT are irreversible and the same applies to any surgical modifications. Imagine doing this in your earlier 20s and then feeling the urge to start a family in your 30s.

At least vasectomies are often reversible and in case of taking the pill you can always stop and hope you didn't fuck up your hormones too much.

You can't even reach out to any of them because they're all trained to vilify any criticism as being fueled by right wing oriented hate towards "progress".

I hope they'll be alright in the end. But I worry they won't.

> Microsoft is comparing the results with Windows 10 22H2.

> “We’re also proud to share that Windows 11 24H2 is our most reliable version of Windows yet. Compared to Windows 10 22H2, failure rates for unexpected restarts have dropped by 24%,” Microsoft said, and added that this claim is based on the “Reliability telemetry collected by Microsoft, July 2025.”

-24% for "unexpected restarts" - what a metric.

He's a Zionist so his days are numbered anyways. Question is how many days are left.

Morning coffee thoughts:

This week ive been spending time with people. Hell even went on a date (it was not great but thats another story) and I gotta say im pretty disappointed in people.

Where I live is predominantly left leaning on the political spectrum, Which I guess is kind of important for context here. On the date and while hanging out with people work was of course brought up and the fact that I spend a lot of time in rural America now was part of the discussion.

And I guess the part that disappointed me was that instead of asking me if I'd had any interesting encounters or seen anything cool or eaten any place interesting.....It was always, oh, urg how do you even tolerate being out there? The people must be the worst. And things along those lines.

I guess it was just a stark reminder of how "other-ised" and blind people still are, always thinking that the other is bad. At least in my experience, people are just people. And you probably have more in common with some random person than you think. To immediately categorize them because of a geographical location is fucking insane. We're all just trying to live our fucking lives to the best of our abilities. And you don't have to see eye to eye with somebody to be civil towards them. You can respectfully disagree with people.

Maybe I'm naive, but People on an individual level are never really *that* bad. Its crowds and large groups where people become unreasonable. (Nb4 there are exceptions to everything.)

Blech. Anyways. GM.

GM!

Don't worry, you brought Woven Hand back to my attention.

There are also bands that heavily focus on Orthodox Christianity: https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/%D0%9F%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%85%D1%8C/3540552844

(I should note that Orthodox BM is a sub-genre and doesn't imply any relation to Orthodox Christianity)

You mean the Christian Rock band the US? I know of them and I hold "Oil on Panel" in very high regards. I should check out more by them though, they probably had some new releases over the years.

This is quite a gem in terms of Orthodox Black Metal: https://nihilkaos.bandcamp.com/album/mystagogue

Discovered this by accident. Don't think I ever heard or saw anything from this band before. Quite remarkable.

No, was just the right dose in hindsight. Slept longer than usual and woke up with a very clear mind, focus and new energy. Feels like I'm on the right path.

Still one of the most pristine tracks of this album:

https://zazensoundspublishings.bandcamp.com/track/belial-the-enn-of-beliya-al

I will never not enjoy the utter acoustic intensity and chaos on full display here.

Shadow work on high doses of cannabis. Wasn't sure if this was the best idea. Definitely needs lots of focus and mental resilience. Feeling really accomplished and mentally clear today.

Woah, please make this into an extended writeup.

Couldn't help myself.

Proton Drive can’t even preview Open Document files?

That’s just lazy.

So there are... portable time packs for recharging?

Die haben für Elster ihr eigenes 2FA gefrickelt?

Paying in fiat is so tiresome.

My credit card in Bandcamp expired. My password manager can’t fill out the credit card form of the app because no one at Bandcamp bothered to test if it works.

I have a new home by November. 🌞

The wait time for complex tasks to be finished is seducing me to run ever more tasks on various projects in parallel. It’s like having even more pets now.

I am so impressed. CSS was always magic I couldn’t really grasp to me. Now it’s just LEGO.

you should not see any blue light at night. you SHOULD see it during the day. daylight is primarily blue light.

quantum dot TVs ( what i suggest for use as monitors ) have balanced profile:

cheap LEDs have ugly spectrum but overall same percentage of blue light as any white light:

only incandescent lights are low in blue light:

the scientifically correct approach is therefore to not have any light except incandescent after sunset. however DURING THE DAY staring into a giant ultra-bright computer screen is basically the same as being outside. except that when you're outside the blue light is about 1,000 times more powerful.

YES I HAVE A FUCKING METER AND I MEASURED EVERY TV AND BOUGHT THE BRIGHTEST ONE ( $10,000 MSRP Sony that i had to drive 50 miles just to see in person ) AND IT WAS STILL NOT EVEN 1% THE BRIGHTNESS I MEASURED OUTSIDE

i had 2 year warranty on the TV and after 2.5 years it died and i was told it cannot be repaired except by replacing the 8K panel at which point it makes more sense to just get a new TV, but i won't be getting one until i move to another place because i am afraid of damaging it in transport. also won't be getting a Sony again. it was supposed to be the most reliable brand but that was not my experience. back to Samsung.

i used to recommend 75" 8K sony for computer monitors but now my recommendation is 85" 8K samsung.

it's great that people are trying to think but you have to be realistic and understand that it only works when i do it !

but i still encourage all my frens to try even though it is futile !

Not looking into a blue light display at night is exactly the reason why I’m reading my books on that Daylight Computer. I can just read until I notice I ged tired and then instantly fall asleep. Never happened with my Kindle or Android tablets I read with previously.

I could opt for printed books and use an incadescent reading lamp or something but then I couldn’t read out of print books that only live on archive.org, my expenses would go way up and I couldn’t just send lengthy texts I encounter throughout the day to the device for later reading (or discarding, since some it turns out to crap).

I don’t necessarily want to do all my work outside. I prefer being on a bicycle, gardening or just walking outside for the fun of it. But a device that doesn’t screw with my circadian rhythm and is perfectly legible outside? Not gonna skip that, especially since it makes it so much easier to just read more. Before it was more of a chore, now it’s just fun.

First meat in ~8 years.

Like that way of thinking, brother. 🫡

> The aim? To unravel the mysteries of an organ whose functioning remains, for the most part, still enigmatic.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with mindcontrol.
