my biggest takeaway from many was that you cant really neglect one form of excercise for another if longrvity is the goal. Maybe I will look good with my strong lean muscles. But I cant imagine how I would feel 30yrs down the line if I ignore cardio. Its easy to rationalise away the need and just do your favorite ways of training because there's time....until there isnt I guessπ π€‘
