To me, having an āecash as a primitiveā as you say, means you are trying to pay for low level operations.
At those lower levels, many times, there is not enough context to properly calculate an incurred cost.
For storage, sure the initial write or subsequent reads can easily be given an associated per byte cost, but how do you handle timed storage, ie month over month cost.
I actually think Network bandwidth is the easier of the facets to attribute cost to.
It would look clunky AF. Donāt forget about Network as your third pillar of cost.
Iāve heard of trying to use altcoin gains to get more bitcoin but never have I heard of using bitcoin gains to get altcoins.
