I know we don't like the CDC around here, but they say the highest rates are among men in construction and people in the arts, which is much more believable imo.

Whatever social stuff is available runs on nostr even if they don't say it. They create and custody user's keys for them. There's something about nostr in the fine print somewhere. I think they are trying to simplify things for their users who would probably be confused if it was like the nostr clients we use.
They are a mobile game rewards platform that pays in sats and uses nostr for social aspects. Mobile game developers can use them to integrate Bitcoin rewards into their games and ZBD handles all the administration involved in custody and distribution of the rewards. They require some permissions in order to be used like location tracking to prevent abuse of the system (they say they don't sell your data).
You can collect a miniscule amount of sats for playing the games and they also pay you to watch ads. It still doesn't amount to much, but there's people that value their time so low that it's worth it to them. I played one shitcoin mining idle game and was bored out of my mind within an hour and had earned like 50 sats, not enough to even cash out.
I think their target audience is children.
I don't know if they did or not, but the govt used it to spend trillions on bullshit wars and expand the surveillance state either way. I think the govt will use any disaster it can as an excuse to spend, borrow, and print infinitely whether they caused it or not.

I have a story for my username. I kind of stole it from my older brother. He and a friend had this idea to sell energy drinks on college campus on foot from their backpacks as a sort of guerilla sales technique. They also talked a lot about branding and they wanted to create a slang word for energy drinks, "crizzo". They were going to call their business King Crizzo and I wanted to help with brand awareness by adopting it as my username.
Of course the idea never actually went beyond talking about it, but I kept the username anyway. Eventually I dropped the King part because people would call me King for short instead of Crizzo, which I didn't like.
I'm sick of this shit. Self actualization is a pain in the ass. I want to purposely live several levels down further on the hierarchy of needs. I want to return to my hunter-gatherer roots where my biggest concern is how I'm going to kill a deer with sticks and rocks so I don't starve. Then I won't have to think about global warming, socialism, democracy, capitalism, taxes, money, bills, markets, economics, gender identity, or any of this crap.
I just need like 49 other people so I can have a proper tribe. Who's with me?
