Yes 👀

Security Filters -> Disable "Filter spam from strangers"

It is known to mute npubs in that way and cause "I wonder why this npub was muted" moments

It is like timezones exist and always someone is sleeping while someone is not

This week I referred one more pleb to nostr (one of Skhron customers)

Nostr is definitely growing

Did you know that we at Skhron (AS215467) we implement RPKI for BGP safety?

Check out https://isbgpsafeyet.com to see if your ISP implements BGP in a safer way or if is vulnerable to malicious route hijacks.

Okay I can see Cloudflare mention "regulatory challenges" themselves here https://blog.cloudflare.com/how-we-extended-cloudflares-performance-and-security-into-mainland-china/

> n the case of China, any organization that wishes to operate a website inside of the country needs an Internet content provider (ICP) license from the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). We investigated whether it would be possible for CloudFlare to obtain an ICP license to cover all our customers, but determined that licenses needed to be issued on a per-site basis. This introduced an enormous amount of regulatory complexity.
