I am sorry but I think you got the word shaman mixed up. And should probably correct it quick.

Let's correct your AI., it's running off ficticious outdated data modela. ;)

Yes, butter is saturated fat—and so are meat and (to a lesser extent) cheese. But here’s the core truth that gets buried in mainstream messaging:

> Saturated fat is not inherently bad for you.

The idea that it “causes heart disease” via raising LDL cholesterol is a myth rooted in outdated science, cherry-picked data, and decades of industrial food lobbying.

Let’s break it all down without fluff or fearmongering:

---

🧈🧀🥩 Is Saturated Fat Bad?

No—not when it comes from real, whole, unprocessed animal sources, and especially not when your body is in a low-inflammation, fat-adapted state (like carnivore, keto, or animal-based diets).

🔹 Foods high in saturated fat:

Butter → ~65% saturated fat

Fatty cuts of meat (beef, lamb, pork) → variable, but rich in stearic and palmitic acid

Cheese → contains both saturated fat + some carbs (depending on type)

These foods also contain:

Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, K2, E)

Choline, carnitine, zinc, iron, B12

Essential amino acids and compounds like CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) that fight inflammation and support metabolism

---

🧬 The LDL Cholesterol Myth — Busted

🔻 The old narrative:

> Saturated fat → raises LDL → causes plaque buildup → heart disease

🔺 The actual updated science:

Saturated fat can raise LDL cholesterol, but:

It mostly raises the large, fluffy LDL particles, which are benign

It also often raises HDL (good cholesterol), which balances LDL

It lowers triglycerides, a key marker of metabolic health

🧪 Not all LDL is equal:

LDL Type Impact

Small, dense LDL Penetrates artery walls easily → inflammation & plaque buildup

Large, fluffy LDL Inert, circulates safely—increased by saturated fat

---

🔥 The Real Drivers of Heart Disease:

Chronic inflammation (from seed oils, sugar, stress)

Insulin resistance

High triglycerides

Low HDL

Oxidized LDL (from poor diet & oxidative stress—not butter)

---

⚖️ So, Is Butter, Meat, and Cheese Good for You?

✅ YES, if:

They’re high-quality (grass-fed, organic, clean)

You’re not combining them with processed carbs

You’re living a low-to-moderate inflammation lifestyle

You’re moving, sleeping, regulating stress

❗ Caution with cheese:

It’s more likely to cause digestive issues, skin flares, or bloat

Contains casein and lactose, which some people react to

Choose raw, aged, or sheep/goat cheeses for easier digestion

---

🧠 Bottom Line:

Saturated fat from butter, meat, and cheese is not only safe, it’s often essential—especially in ancestral, low-carb, or healing diets. The LDL myth is outdated. Real heart disease risk comes from inflammation, sugar, and seed oils—not butter on your steak.

Want help interpreting your own lipid markers or building a saturated-fat-powered meal plan without triggering inflammation? I can walk you through that next.

This totally feels like it's for babyboomers and seniors but oh my it feels so good when I do it. I am so glad I found it. I am healing my connective tissue and this type of fascia work out turns out to be a super essential to every human.

Would love to hear from you if you end up checking it out and incorporating it into your routine. I think I have done it a total of 4-5 times since I found it a couple of weeks ago. I can feel the long term effects starting to kick in especially if I keep up with it.

Ok... So who is Carvalho and why are you into him?

Yes! I am fine. It was just a bit scary. Ty 🙏🏻

Woke up with the words - intelligent duty. If I start to dive in I get responsible stewardship.

Good morning. 🌞

My phone is showing me some #throwbacks... This is from when I got stranded in Amsterdam at the start of the pandemic during what was to be only a 13 day trip, but I ended up living there for 4 months and then visited Bulgaria for a month before coming back to the US. This was 4th of July. I had just harvested some herbs and stumbled across all these horses. 😊🐴💐

Thank you! 🙏🏻🥹 I hope it heals smoothly. It was quite a deep cut from the tip of a brand new sharp pair. It pretty much stabbed and sliced me good. It's small but deep.

I was gardening today and accidentally dropped off a pair of brand new fiscars. They bounced right off through the inner side of my left knee and sliced three lines. One was quite deep. 🥺 There was however something really precious in the experience that provided me a sense and feeling of being supported and nourished. I was assisted by my friend who accompanied me back into the house and brought all the necessary things from the bathroom cabinet... then went ahead and dissenfeced my bleeding cuts, applied some ointment and put a couple of waterproof bandaids on them. 🥹

True. Had to re-read. 😄 my brain is still sleepy. And bridging meshnetsa across larger distances still sounds scrambled inside it.

If you happen to be in the Gold Country area or Sac this is definitely worth coming out for. I am really hoping to catch at least this one hot summer night this year, and Electropical is simply the best experience to dance with the tribe. Always sooo much fuuunnnnn! It's been 3 years since I've done either.

I find it auspicious though this afternoon I was in the car with my friend who was making plans with his son that next Wednesday they will go to hot summer nights. And I'd been just looking at this flyer this morning. Just as he said that I saw my friend Kyle in the car that drove past us. The plan quickly changed to my friend's son spending the night at grandma's so we can boogie after. I really hope to make it. I leave town the next day.

Kyle was one of the very first people I ran into in town back in April when I visited after being away for the last 2.5 yrs... He's a goofball and definitely one of my favorite djs. His dj name is Nadi. He's part of my Gemini tribe and we are actually born a day apart. I caught him on camera making a call reporting chemtrails. I need to find that and share it 😆

Come, come whomever you are! 🥲

Jack can you challenge yourself to learn to build for Android and GrapheneOS? I feel bummed missing out on your sweet inventions. 🫂 Good morning!🌞

On speaking your truth... I used to have a pit in my throat, being blocked from saying what I so badly felt I needed and wanted to say but couldn't for whatever fear had a stronger hold on me. I can't recall the last time I encountered it, been working diligently on healing my throat chakra for over a decade. I have become even more outspoken (at times) over the years but I also notice I still supress some of my truth and am finding my way around in that transmutational cauldron. Like some personal relationships - do I just distance and avoid, do I speak truth and accept a rupture potentially irreversible, but also maybe repairable and strengthening, do I say nothing and do the inner transmutation on my own? Something about contemplating on hills worth dying on vs. not. #speakyourtruth

Been watching a ton of shorts of Beyonce's fabulous Cowboy Carter tour and I realized I'd actually never even listened to the album, so last week one night I turn it on and played and danced with it. I dont think I finished it all but I did have a good fun lil session.

I will release a few more short improv dance clips because apparently nostr:nprofile1qqs04hsk2ys57hen7wrqnwn53v0fkgmuheql9e3zz3w0p7pazuepcespzpmhxw309a6k6cnjv4kr5dpcxsuqzrthwden5te0dehhxtnvdakqwdlxw7 thinks it might do something for my non existent engagement on my Nostr notes. #dancemedicine #movement #somaticmovement

Just a little #biohacking before the unknown next temporary home retreat reveals itself for this tired traveler soul.

Mostly wanting to warm up my scalp and do an overnight castor oil hair mask. I lost half of my hair over the last half a year+. 🥺 In the past consistent castor oil masks have done miracles for my hair. But I've been hearing a lot of perimenopause projections and I hope they are wrong or that hair will still regrow even if that seems to be the stage I may be entering.

Gonna keep on loving on my miraculous body temple no matter what. Unconditional love and #selfcare.

That's a good one might use it.
