Seems to work fine for me.Maybe depends on which keyboard your system uses? Anyway I'll try to rework the linking mentions mechanism to avoid loss of focus, maybe that will help.

Ok so the focus goes away from the typing area when you link but if you click again on the text area you should be able to make new paragraphs.
Not so, as there are now quite a few alternative push solutions, for example, this one at https://f-droid.org/en/2020/02/03/openpush-talk.html but I saw another one recently as well.
If you still require some backend running somewhere from a third party you are still exposed to being cut off. Unless there is a market for backend push servers that you can choose from and at moment notice switch if one is censored or killed. Or if you're running your own self-hosted. Otherwise I still see a benefit in not being dependent on centralized backends using pull.

But now i think it is not that destructive and therefor maybe starting a feedback discussion. And it is not complete. So will add hopefully from time to time. For Background info, i'm running this app on #Sailfish OS as an Android app. What i like about Yana: It is fast and doesn't feel laggy, the onboarding is fast as well, I like how you integrated statistics, Options are not as broad as with amethyst but sufficient, it is kept simple, adding stuff in the downbar for all options is nice and logic, like the smiley add and direct integration of camera. What you guys need to improve to make it a daily runner (most urgent) I have an issue with paragraphs. Sometimes it works to insert a paragraph and sometimes not. Just discovered that it is not possible after quoting someting or adding an @ reference like in this post. I had similar problems with plebstr that drove me out of the app towards amethyst. This is the most urgent for daily use. Like you see in this message i tried to write in Yana. Would love to give you a structured feedback. But is not possible for now. second is that the down menue disapears when you enter your profile information. And then there is just the back arrow which sometimes works and sometimes not. Just leave the downbar menue. Now to the nice to havs and personal things. nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc mentioned this week the need for a client that shuts off the cryptic links when pictures and videos load is set off. Would be nice having a just text option to save bandwith and have a much better look and feel. I personally dont like the colours much. But i like your logo. The Icons are to bold.
