Damus can only zap profiles or notes, you have to update your profile bitcoin address and zap yourself as i mentioned before

Some tools that work well with this:

- apple watch for estimating active calorie burn, which loseit can use for improving its estimates

- smart scale for quickly and easily tracking weight just by standing on it every morning

- food scale for accurate logging

Been trying this loseit app for a couple days now. Some of my favourite features:

- tracking deficit over time, can eat a bit more one day and make it up by eating less another

- quickly scan barcodes to import nutrition information

- can track macros like protein. Using this i discovered i wasn’t getting enough.

as you can see its a bit awkward. still working through the remaining polish

we can connect to remote relays in anyway we want and fetch data in any way we want, the local relay is just for creating a single place to read from to simplify frontend logic and to make it robust to DoS and attacks.

Everytime we see a note come off the wire from a relay we also record that in the note relay index.
