Thanks fren. Hoping to get back up to speed to hit the new year running
🫡 you know it. I’ve been cleared to pick up the baby. So lifting up to 16 pounds is no problem now.
Gm friends.
I’m just over 3 weeks post-op from my hernia surgery.
Really itching to get back in shape.
Did a 15 minute low intensity stationary bike ride yesterday without pain.
I’ve got 3 weeks to build up some cardio shape and hit some small muscle groups before I can get back to full speed on the lifting.
This winter bulk is gonna go crazy.

Yes they will and no it won’t be.
On a bitcoin standard, there won’t be inflation. So things will get cheaper slowly over time rather than expensive.
(This is obviously a gross oversimplification, but is generally what I believe to be true)
If you work out, creatine.
For general health, depends on what you’re deficient in. Vitamin D supplementation can be very helpful if you’re deficient.
Me either, I just buy it.
One day.
It’s gonna get a lot cheaper (if you price in bitcoin)
Gm frens. My ulnar nerve is being squished by a sleeping baby
Hitting the hooch tonight 🥃
Yes that’s a Christmas tree in the background, I don’t wanna hear any of that “it’s too early” bullshit gfy :-)
That’s right, Jack
Feeling bullshit about bitcoin. And about lunch. I am hungry.
Guys will look at a picture like this and just think: “hell yeah”
Gm. Happy Friday.
Gonna stack a few sats today. Might even stay humble too. We’ll see.
Great news, baby slept through the night for first time in like a month.
Coffee tastes better when it’s not the only thing keeping you conscious in the morning 🙃☕️☕️ #coffeechain
Covid numbers are up crazy where I’m at. Tons of cases all around.
Best thing you can do is make sure you’re getting good sleep, plenty of fluids, tons of Vitamin C, adequate Zinc and Vitamin D.
Best results when getting nutrients in their natural sources vs supplements.
Also, don’t be fat and don’t smoke. (these take time to correct but are 100% worth it)
#healthstr
GM guys, it’s been a while.
Don’t worry. I still be riding that #coffeechain big time. ☕️☕️☕️
What did I miss while I was gone?
I've been using Linux for 20 years, I'm actually not sure where the best place for a beginner to start is these days. Good question.
Probably start with Ubuntu, it is a good beginner distro still. Has a very active forums and wiki.
YouTube videos obviously.
Even if you are running Ubuntu, look at the Debian and Arch Linux Wiki pages. An incredible store of Linux knowledge.
Don't be shy about the terminal. It is far easier than most people realize, but it does have a steeper learning curve than GUI apps. It is worth it.
nostr:npub1j7jqxeqvswkp90892m0d3ke086lgjxqpsvh6zy22hknn56hgtxxq3wtdlk quite often posts useful Linux stuff here on Nostr
I'm not the only Linux user here, we should #asknostr
Thanks fam I’ll have to reference this later when I’m dipping my toes into the Linux water.
It’s been a few days, Gm nostr. Hope everyone is doing well.
