Happy lunch break y'all. This is some of the nicest broccoli and cauliflower i have ever grown. This was grown under insect neeting for the first month. We have horrible swede midge and cabbage root maggot damage if we dont. Happy gardening!

Yeah ive kept poultry for 14 years north of you. No supplemental heat. They are fine. Some birds mostly cocks can get frostbite on combs and wattles. I keep chanteclers chickens which have a cushion comb and tight wattles.
