Indeed, LNbits supports NWC funding source now, so this could give you an address. Doesn't defeat the purpose, LNbits needs a lightning node anyway

You can!
Create "Friends & Family" Isolated NWC connection and use that connection string for another Alby Account ("Wallet Configuration" -> Link Your Node -> NWC).
Then this user of Alby Account will have getalbycom lightning address and a wallet interface, using your Alby Hub. You can make multiple such connections, each with separated balance.
You can reuse that NWC connection string to use same wallet in Alby Go and in Alby Extension as well!

If you want to receive to your Alby Hub (it's a Lightning node), it has to be online at that time!

I recall seeing it, but it was always more of an accident. i think it was on the alby website though.
These problems seem to be exponentially increasing after alby hub configuration. Zaps from nostr have stopped working now. ouch.
I'm sure it's my fault because i never resolved earlier (years back) issues properly.
I think I'd better step thru with someone - it would be more than just a hub onboarding tho - there are connections to fix etc.

I have been wanting to try this for ages and I didn’t realize nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm was going to make this doable.
It’s basically nsecBunker but for your Lightning node. I can set budgets, timeouts, limited access, etc for certain apps really easy.
And even though the “disconnect wallet” button at the bottom of this is strangely placed and I almost reflexively tapped it twice while change my percentage, I am jazzed to see nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 attempt the “support with a % of zaps” idea. Been wanting to do this for a while and having specific rules for each app makes it really easy.
The value of Nostr Wallet Connect here is hard to overvalue. This is a fucking cool setup.

I just tried Alby Hub from my home node.
Good work nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm! I can zap from my desktop again! Among other cool things.
I didn't need the hub as a new cloud node, since I already have my own. But getting this working with nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll was exactly what I needed.

I experienced something new today. I was receiving sats to my ln address, but they were not being pushed to my node, instead they remained on the alby wallet.
Is this new? Or am i missing something.
