#grownostr My son's cat is about 6 years old. The last 3 years she's peed on his bed several times a week. We've tried everything and gotten zero results. This past week she peed on my daughter's bed. My son loves this cat like it's his baby... I do not want to get rid of her, however we can't have this continue and start washing other bed sheets several times a week. He is absolutely devastated. I feel beyond horrible. It's time though. It was time 2 years ago. Our vet knows someone that will turn her into an outdoor cat. That's better than the alternative. 😟 I'm sorry #catstr we tried. We really did.

Is there not a way to get the article sites to show some sort of preview? It would seem like using the #nostr native article publishing ought to have a well integrated feel to it, but I admit, this one was both hard to find in posts (limited broadcasting) and doesn't show any visuals or interactive elements.

Kinda feels like a huge missed opportunity.

There shouldn’t be. It’s pretty simple to write a single query to return all of these and group them by type.

Proof of work (PoW) is inherently distributive. Coin holders don’t receive any coins simply for having coins. You can either earn new coins through exchange or expend energy to mine them.

Proof of stake (PoS) is inherently concentrating. Large coin holders receive new coins in proportion to coins they hold. They earn yield by staking their coins and increase their stack indefinitely and exponentially without no further expanses.

This is why large corporations love Proof of stake bc they can easily control it. This is why proof of work matters. This is why we #Bitcoin and not #Shitcoin.

Is there a way to downgrade the frequency of certain posters in my feed?

I want to keep them in my feed, but they post SO much that it drowns everything else out. I’d love it if they posted 1/3rd as often 😆

Some people are saying only legacy Bitcoin addresses starting with 1 hold real Bitcoins and the new addresses starting with 3 and BC1 are holding Bitcoins that are a security.
