Poor isn't so bad in a world with a fair monetary system. At least it reduces the number of people who can screw you.
I use it constantly. The lastest version seems to work much better. I think the features most people will miss is automatically loading videos, audio and Youtube content. It's also hard to interpret the emojis, since they are all one color. Personally, I can live without all that.
What I would like to see is better loading of referenced notes from people I don't follow. Many times they just never load for me.
They've been only a few years away since at least the 90s. My guess is the tech will be ready shortly after fusion.
When the headline is a question, the answer is always 'No.'
Hate to burst your bubble, but PHP guys have been talking shit to the js plebs for *decades* at this point.
You didn't specify the term (length) of the mortgage or the interest. This is important because it effects amortization rates. For example, if you take out that ammount for 30 years at 6% (common in the U.S. right now) you will make over $215k in payments (excluding taxes and insurance), but only have $50k in equity. If you sell your house, you end up with the same $50k as the bitcoin holder. Whether you come out ahead on the deal will depend on the rent paid by the hodlr, as well as local taxes and insurance.
The real error here is assuming Bitcoin will only 5x in 10 years. Hitting $250k by the end of next year is my base case for BItcoin. There are a number of positive headwinds that could push it much higher. In 10 years, I will be verry supprised if it's less than $1,000,000. Of course, I also be supprised if your house was still worth $300k.
(I did everythin in dollars becausse there is no Euro symbol on my keyboard)
Here's a mortgage calculator you can play with:
Looks like that's exactly what's going on. Bitcoin is getting hammered, too. Lots of peole looking for liquidity. Last time (2007) it took about a year to turn into a major financial crisis. This time, things are already pretty shakey globally. I smell emergency rate cuts comming.
Not everyone wants to use the Internet for 'healthy' or even productive conversations. For many, it's just entertainment. Not much you can do, other than being careful who you follow and muting people that are just too annoying.

Welcome to the future
Greetings from Canada!

Well, at leat he can make good money installing fiber. Eventually, he'll be able to save in Bitcoin.
Had to look that one up. Google says it translates as 'drunk hammering,' so I'm in.
Escape Meta Alt Control Shift? You can keep it. NANO for life, mutherfackers~!
Even the 'my furniture doesn't fit' problem?
Yeh, but it's the 'show me' state, so you have to be very careful what you aske for.
It's okay. All of us free people know that rules are made to be broken :D
Lots of 'smart' TVs have them, too.
That's what happens when only the gentry can bear arms and ride horses. You don't have the right to defend yourself. If you did, you would be allowed to carry.
I vote for magnesium. It's light and in a pinch, you can cook by directly lighting your pan.
Agree.
I'd also like to point out that this applies more broadly. Having the goverment perpetrate 'charity' by force reduces the individual's ability to be charitable. It also tricks people into thinking they are being charitable by voting for the right people or simply paying their taxes. It effectively replaces charity with sloth. I'd call it evil, but I think mostly its just a missunderstanding.
