Rationale: I would of course prefer to keep it, but current needs must. I bought the domain in 2020 for $5k, and it's value is at least x1000. If its not sold, @lnbits will use for services, such as relays and sell NIP05 handles.

Yes, there is a choice that happens in the individual but there are varying degrees of the amount of free will exercised in that choice depending external influences.

Side point: There is a weird idea that once you decide to be gay you can never not be gay. Makes zero sense.

These are the things I love about Nostr.

But my favourite thing is that I don’t have to see or hear Justin Trudeau.

Like most, I felt that I was late in developing conviction in Bitcoin. This didn't really come until late 2020 for me.

It wasn't until 2023 that I started realising that it didn't really matter how long you'd been in. What mattered more was how high your conviction was & how catastrophic your mistakes were. Everyone that came before me had made mistakes. I'd made mistakes thinking I could trade it.

Whatever Bitcoin you have will become significant with time. Custody it carefully & ignore the noise. Focus on the signal - we're collaborating rather than competing.

If hodling Bitcoin were easy, more would be doing it.

really cool that in less than a year, nostr has become the main place i go to when i’m on my phone.

i used to post on instagram & twitter frequently, but i find it much more fulfilling to post pictures/notes on nostr. it’s not the zaps, or the clients doing, but rather the serene & solace feeling nostr encapsulates.

after being raised by the internet in its later years, i finally get the chance to breath and be able to experience what the internet felt like in the beginning. no utter dread. no engagement farming, & manipulation advertisement tactics.

this is how it was supposed to be.
