I use the air fryer for deep fried things like chicken wings, fries, pork schnitzel etc
High in omega-6 fats, which are unstable and prone to oxidation when heated. They are continually reheated in restaurants and fast food joints.
When oxidised, they produce harmful by-products that drive inflammation and damage mitochondria.
