I live in Northern Ohio with my family. We raise ducks for eggs to sell & eat. My interests include raising ducks, gardening, cryptocurrency, and precious metals. We make and sell fresh-made meat-based dog- and cat-food.

Nice! It’s all over when you let the smoke out!

Thank you! I reached out to nostr:npub1v0tfjv5ahr3c260jtzdk5w48krerrnkg8fmcnc5lpguk0qda04eqzm3m3e and he gave some pointers (shared a video of sewing a seam with leather. I was over-complicating how the repair might be done. All this is is sewing back a loop on the side of the boot. I originally thought the seam was separating.

I’m going to find the right type of thread and try to do the repair. The wholes are already there. What could possibly go wrong? LOL

BTW… there used to be a guy on Kelly Road (about a min east of EHOVE) who did leather work. I thought about stopping at his house to see what style of work he did. Sign is gone now.

GM, Nicole! Have a great day in TN! I was born in Crossville in the ‘70’s , and visited the area in the 90’s. The places I remember seeing were pretty.

Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you have a great day! The fam & I are heading out soon to homeschool group. Coffee is finishing up brewing and I need to fill my cup, then go nosing around the kitchen for breakfast.

Have a wonderful day. Work hard, not just for your masters, but also for yourself - to buy your freedom!

nostr:npub1v0tfjv5ahr3c260jtzdk5w48krerrnkg8fmcnc5lpguk0qda04eqzm3m3e , I am looking for someone near me (Milan, Ohio) who can re-connect the "loop" on the top of my daughter's LH cowgirl boots. It is at the top of the boot, on the RH side of the leg. The boots are made by Ariat (style 10034163 - if that is helpful). It looks like you do high-end work, so I"m not sure this would be a good investment as she is close to outgrowing the boots. Thank you for your time and thoughts! I can send pics if it is helpful...

I don't know anyone local but maybe nostr:npub1v0tfjv5ahr3c260jtzdk5w48krerrnkg8fmcnc5lpguk0qda04eqzm3m3e might be able to assist?

Also... come to a Cleveland meetup! It's a hike but we'd love for you to stop by! Winking Lizard in Montrose. 7pm, 2nd Friday, every month.

Thanks for the invite! I'd like to make it sometime. I talked with a fellow (from that group, I think) while I was at a coin show in Cleveland a few months ago.

I've never used that platform. I'll look into it later this evening.

Looking for: OHIO - COWBOY BOOT REPAIR.

DETAILS:

The stitching on a seam of my daughter’s cowboy boot is coming unstitched. I would like to have them re-sewed. The leather, soles & heals are still good. I am in northern Ohio near Sandusky.

Good Morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you're well It is overcast and 65 outside in northern Ohio this morning, and the Weather Channel says we're headed to a high of 72. They say the clouds will clear throughout the day...we shall see.

I haven't made my to-do list yet, but I am sipping on a cold coffee I made yesterday. I wish you all a happy and productive Monday.

Good Morning, @`Luke` !

Good Morning, @`Maria2000` !

Same to you, Sir! I spent the day in church, helping make dinner, eating too much good food with family, and now, on NOSTR. I'm listening to your show #1077 on my phone. Do you take days off?!? 🙃

I was thinking about this the other day.

Or, depending on how much the fruit is worth to you, perhaps you can make a frame from 1.5-2" PVC and some "ell's" & "tee's", and drape the netting over it. This page has netting in various amounts & dimesnions...

My parents made something from PVC, Slip-fit voints , zip-ties & netting like in the link above, and it has lasted more than 25 years. They're in northern Ohio & it was taken down every fall & put back in the spring.

I hope this helps! If there are berry farms/orchards near you, you might stop by and see if they use netting, and if they have any old net they might be willing to give you or sell cheap....

Nic! I use netting to keep birds off my raspberries berries. We built a frame out of PVC pipe and draped the netting over it. Then finished by securing it with zip ties.

Good morning! What machine do you use to mine? Do you use a mining pool? Cost? Thanks! Have a great day!
