They will be forced to do so, if they want to protect their transaction flows in Trade internationally, because they would not want to take risk getting sanctioned by other powerful Nations. And this is where bitcoin gets to be the trojan horse of freedom and destroy the state step by step. And there is nothing anybody can do to stop this, maybe slower it, but Never ever stop it.

Self custodial #lightning is quite easy to use now. I had some problems with that a time ago but now it seems to improved a lot.
