It has now been 3 days since I was hacked on X/ Twitter. I have filed multiple support requests. No response. I don’t like Twitter but losing access in the middle of a book launch has really hurt. Numerous DMs that I need access to. Does anyone know a way to elevate a support request? In the past there were people who had contacts inside and could help. Any suggestions?

I was hacked even though I had 2fa and control of my phone and email. When the hacker was counter attacked by my followers they posted the N word repeatedly which caused Twitter to automatically shut down the account. I have files support tickets. Crickets.
