I found beef tallow to be much cheaper and more stable.
I don't have a personal experience but heard some good stuff about Cerule Stem Enhance. I want to try it out. Perhaps worth looking into it.
Interesting idea. I just wouldn't use spaces since it makes the text hard to copy. Make it visual-only using css or similar crap.
I found glasses to be more pragmatic solution. Just make sure to *not* buy clear-looking scam. Anything that blocks blue light can not possibly look clear.
Twitter is horrible anyway 🤷♂️
Cook it in water with 1tbsp of salt per pound, throw out the water afterwards, mix in ground sheep cheese and bits of fried bacon. Thank me later.
I also recommend getting beef fat if you can. It's not easy to get but it's very good.
Yeah inheritance of interfaces feels like a different category in my mind. So it seems we mostly agree.
I personally prefer statically (and strongly) typed languages since I found the software written in them more reliable.
Could it be about the definition of OOP? It seems to me it depends on whether you consider inheritance being required to do OOP.
I found doing OOP with too much use of inheritance led to horribly confusing and possibly unoptimal code. Contain&delegate seems cleaner even at the cost of little bit of boilerplate.
Looks nice, the trouble is having a printer you can trust.
Why would you want to keep calorie intake low?
Fuck, I accidentally muted a legit profile instead of spammer below it. How do I unmute?

Figured it out. One has to click on "Following" twice to get the list. Weird UI but at least I didn't get stuck.

Fiber needs to be limited as well. It likely causes constipation (yeah, the opposite of mainstream opinion).
More info:
That's crazy low. You should have about gram per pound of ideal body weight. So unless you're overweight it should be 188g of protein per day.
No, fructose is converted to fat. IIRC it can not be used for anything else.
Gluconeogenesis is both effective and has nothing to do with a person being skinny. It takes time to ramp it up but once adapted you see no difference* in case of short workouts and improvements in marathons and such.
For some examples check Anthony Chaffee and Shawn Baker who are carnivores and absolutely not skinny. Anthony also made a bunch of interviews with various athletes and body builders.
* Actually I experience one difference I've never seen anyone talk about: I had constant nausea when squatting before carnivore. Since carnivore I didn't have a single instance of it and I increased the weight by 10kg. I guess it may be just me.
