Knocked the dust off the equipment and made sausage for the first time in over 6 years. Stuffing technique needs some work! This is good: [Should Christians Send Their Children to Public Schools?](https://www.apologia.com/blog/should-christians-send-their-kids-to-public-schools/)
Excellent article! We are still a few years away, but comitted to homeschooling before our first was born.
I use AntennaPod. It can go up to 4x playback.
Today is the fastest it has ever gone for me. If I had known how much easier an actual scalder made it instead of my turkey fryer, I would have invested in one way sooner
How many are you doing? You look quite prepared!! Good luck. Hope you have a few other helping hands
26 in the cooler. Just me with the wife wrangling the kids and fetching for me Lol. Just under 4 hours not counting setup and cleanup.
GM Nostr! Just waiting for the sun to finish coming up and the water in the scalder to finish heating and we will put some meat in the freezer! #grownostr #chickens #homesteading

Looks empty to me

Thanks! I'll be giving this a try on out next batch here in a couple of weeks.
Do you just cut the jugular to bleed directly after?
Looking into this. Processing a batch in a couple of weeks.
