That's a juicy one. <3

Yes I like these together too. What doses are you sending? Daily I am enjoying 10,000 IU D3 right now mixed with 200mcg of menaquinone-7. Although higher doses of menaquinone-7 are calling to me. :)

Ahhhhh great! Cool to hear that you have also had good experiences with them.

I have just assumed that the dose of the other tocopherols is 48mg since their other very similar product with added selenium actually mentions the dose of them. But it could be smaller. Maybe I should email them.

If you are taking vitamin K2, perhaps take it at a separate time to the vitamin E. :-)

I am using the Now Foods E-400 with Mixed Tocopherols, and have generally like their products over the years. 750g of raw spinach would get you about 15mg of vitamin E. (Have a play on myfooddata). It is not clear that high doses cause cancer, they just associate with some kinds. It could be that people consuming large amounts are also consuming a lot of seeds and all of the linoleic acid and cyanogenic glycosides (or whichever toxins) that come along for the ride. They could be punishing sunflower seeds, and sunflowers love accumulating heavy metals. It could also be downstream of dampening too much oxidation and confusing signalling, but I am just speculating all over the place here.

You are missing watermelons. THE BEST. So much fun skipping around the garden with a soon-to-be-inhaled watermelon.

They are also lovely to look at--prettier leaves than pumpkins and cucumbers .

I am quite fond of Mountain Sweet Yellow watermelons. 😁

Selectively breeding here for sure!

Too much fun. We are lucky to have quite a few phenotypes happening.

I am planning on creating quite a few notes over the next while about Japanese quail colour genetics!

Definitely an area I am fond of, and it does take a while to understand. And even then, it isn't obvious you actually understand when the young pop out... You may have noticed that there isn't much consensus. Haha.

I have found the following website to be the most useful. https://www.pipsnchicks.com/quail-genetics
