I've taken a short break from Whitenoise for a few days to fix remote signing for teams once and for all.

There are lots of tools out there to help you remotely sign (Amber, nsec.app, knox, etc.) but none of them are focused on enabling multiple people to have access to the key with differing levels of access (e.g. they can only send notes, but can't decrypt, full access but only until friday, etc.)

Which teams out there would be keen to test out a beta version?

what exact is it running exactly? I don't understand why an app store would be resposible for running anything, especially when most of the apps are web based.

Listening to this TGFN pod and the idea of Notedeck as a nostr browser, where, just like webapps have a DOM and JS APIs, nostr apps would have a readily available local relay, signer and even UI primitives.

The idea implies an app marketplace, but marketplaces are notoriously hard to pull off.

What if we also make Zapstore a nostr app runner? Expose these apps to potentially many more users, leverage binary verification and all that zs provides?

If NIP-01 is used to access the local relay and NIP-55 or similar to access the signer, then Zapstore as a WASM runtime + Citrine + Amber might just work.
