Nutritious and satisfying breakfast
Since the financial crisis arrived in my country, living through hyperinflation, the breakfast of a Venezuelan has changed a lot.
Apart from the fact that there was a time in 2017 we lived in an excase of food that basic products could not be found. The Venezuelan since 1999, began his socialism where the.politics offered promise to low-income people.
Continuing with breakfast, today I will show you a breakfast, apart from the fact that it serves three people, it makes us save in the pocket, apart from being nutritious because it contains:
carrot
eggs
chili pepper
onion
salt
oil.
These ingredients are prepared in this way, you have to wash the vegetables and seasonings to start by first scratching the carrot, chili, and onion.
A cauldron is preheated where oil is added, what we scratch is fried, when this is fried, two eggs are added.
Salt is added to taste. For this type of recipe you can add whatever you want, it is within your budget.
For my country we do not save the eggs since ws a product in my country that half a carton is 3$. We prepare it with carrots, which are a nutritious vegetable that makes us yield, we can eat three with two eggs, be satisfied.
Our Venezuelan breakfast is accompanied with a rich cup of coffee, the Venezuelan arepa that we lack in every home
