Man, I am glad to see that I have ended up using the exact same clients, in the same order of preference as the creator of nostr, both desktop and android. I did build notedeck for android the other day to try it out. While it was fast(even on my old ass oneplus 7t) the interface was lacking too much to use it yet. Can't wait for further development on that!

This is 100% spot on.. When I do extreme low carb, get cramps all night long, heartrate is uncontrollable and so much higher when working out. I guess due to low blood volume from my body flushing all the salt(and water) out of my system from low aldosterone since insulin is low??? Either way, I do much better with some fruit(blueberries/strawberries) and cruciferous vegetables with lots o' meat and some kimchi
