Some people seem to think that just because something is written in a BOOK then it is a fact. Hate to break it to ya but … NO.

FREE! is never a good selling point. Unless your goal is to not be able to maintain the product, you don't want to scream FREE!

Serious people who value their own time and that of their peers don't care if something is free or not. They want the best tool that does exactly what they need to do. Free is interesting, but ultimately doesn't matter if the tool is not accomplishing what you need it to do.

Free also attracts a certain type of individual who requires a lot of handholding. These people tend to complain a lot and not value what they are using. The switching cost for them is zero.

Went to the store today to buy meat. It was weird just buying meat. I had to walk by ALLLLLL the stuff 95% of the store to the meat / seafood isle.

Out of seafood / meat, a lot of it has sauces and sugar additives. For the first time my eyes were opened to just how many foods have sugar in them 🤯

Bought beef, pork, chicken, fish, scallops, oysters etc.. Did not see ANY organ meat which is odd considering this country likes Yakitori. All sausage had additives ;(

I'm not aware of any local butchers but do know of one pork processing place but it's kind of far. I think I'll make a trip down there for quality sausage at a later time.

Overall surprised by how affordable it is despite high beef prices. I think I got about 5 meals worth which should last me 5 days. Luckily I live very close to the store where I can just walk there in 3 mins and buy anything I want.

Gonna try carnivore to see how it goes. All tips appreciated. 🙏
