A smooth and painless jumping on point is great. I remember after Google Hangouts kinda died me and my pals tried out some other things, but Discord is what we ended up sticking with because of a feature where you could try it out without signing up and making an account.
I think that's how I got this Nostr account through Iris too. If I'm remembering right I opened a note through Iris and it would just open it with a random account with a randomly generated name.

The crazy things is so the names they use that basically translates into "sugar" they use on the labels too. It can feel like you're being tricked into it.
I watched this guy's YouTube channel and it had great info that got me motivated. I dropped sugar and dropped carbs and lost about 90 pounds. This was with just diet change and no exercise too, which I have to try for this year.
Potassium supplements was a must for me, I think the lack of was causing me muscle cramping.
