A signed settlement agreement has been reached that requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to pay us $1.8 million for attorney’s fees and costs after two years of litigation over the DOD's COVID shot mandate on the military. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Friday that the Biden administration violated the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans by coercing social media companies to censor posts about COVID-19, elections, and other content the administration considered “problematic.” The Court modified a preliminary injunction issued by a lower court and now restricts the White House, the Surgeon General, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the FBI from improperly influencing social media content policies while the case continues in litigation.
In Missouri v. Biden, the unanimous three-judge panel found that the White House, the Surgeon General, the CDC, and the FBI “likely coerced or significantly encouraged” social-media companies to remove “undesirable” posts “by way of intimidating messages and threats of adverse consequences.” The Court determined that social media platforms moderated their content policies “in capitulation to state-sponsored pressure” and therefore, those actions “must in law be deemed to be that of the State.”

Yes, I even knocked my cell payment as low as possible to make sure Big Tech gets as little money from me as possible.

I assumed you weren't in America because we get in fairly quickly in America, even with the fascistic Obamacare. (Fascism is the merger of government and private businesses. Most people call it crony capitalism)
General care us usually 1 day to a week out. Urgent care is available any day during business hours, and the emergency rooms are 24/7 anytime you need them, but it costs the insurance around $3,000 just to be admitted into the emergency ward.
My insurance for my family since Obamacare costs costs $1800/month. Before Obamacare it was only $800/month. It jumped from $800 to $1400 overnight when Obamacare kicked in.
Forced collectivist governments are immoral and evil. People should never be forced to pay for a service they didn't want or ask for. They should be able to decide as an individual whether or not they want to pay for any government service or not.
I use the crap out of phone numbers. If someone texts me, I call them right back. Texts are archaic and a waste of time most of the time.
