Good morning nostr, i slept so well last night, so i'm having my coffee and just thinking about the day ahead. Yesterday we were at a July 4 party with some family, and we heard about all those kids at a texas camp that are still missing and/or have been confirmed dead, after their camp houses were washed away in a flood, after a heavy rain. My heart goes out to their families.
So today's work around here will depend on the weather, as we might get some rain here too. And we need to call about getting new tires on one of the cars, they are pretty worn. Hi nostr, its been overcast and muggy all afternoon, i guess thats better than sunny and muggy. So today we did a little adjustment to the chicken run, to start getting ready to maybe install an additional section of run, or experiment with chicken tunnels, or both. We went to get some feed at tractor supply, and lo and behold, my husband bought 4 tiny guineas. So now we have guineas too, pray for me. Hey nostr, time to call it a day. I've been looking at some chicken tunnels on yt, and i might experiment with something like that, mainly because it would give the chickens more room to roam and still be protected from predators. We'll see.
