Rely on stuff that AI can’t fake, like cryptographic signatures. This is at least somewhat bullish for nostr.
I have similar thoughts about brisket. Good brisket is very good, too often it’s not done well. Pulled pork seems to be much easier to do well, I’ve had few bad experiences.
Controversial BBQ takes:
- Alabama white sauce is the best sauce
- Brisket is BBQ
- Pulled pork is better BBQ
- Chicken is not BBQ

I'm really liking these plug trays I bought this year. They are super sturdy, the big hole in the bottom makes popping starts out a breeze, and the way the sides taper and the size of the drain hole is supposed to promote air-pruning (seems to work, I've had really nice root balls on everything ive potted up and no roots growing through the drain)
