Went pretty hardcore, did not manage a 36h #dryfast this time, felt I needed water to sleep! But 2h longer than last time and total over the goal! ❤️ The jog and dip was tougher than usual.

Start: Saturday, dinner at 06:30.

End: Monday morning at 06:30.

Much easier this time! Ate near carnivore on Saturday (<5g carbs) and ran sprints, going faster into ketosis and 3x autophagy.

More productive. Less rest. This might be the easiest way for great health and slim body without counting calories. A 20% improvement to health, from 1,5 day a week of zero cost.

I live in Sweden. High trust gives cheap insurance costs and generally safe and friendly streets. But, we totally failed when the government started to poison us with vaccinations, increased mass immigration leading to crime, taxes sky-rocketing even with our fake ”right-wing” government. Globalists have totally taken over and majority cannot see it.

Milei has made promises to close the bank, but no evidence suggests this has happened by April 2025. Which ideologi is strongest? His love for Austrian Economy? Or his love for Israel and the banking elites?

Would recommend reading the book, there’s some risks to be aware of! Think he can be a little bit too detailed about diets and importance of doing it in group, but reading it with a grain of salt, you can still get some good info and motivation.
