I had confirmation tonight that its not populated onto apple podcasts yet. Im going to work onto getting it on there tomorrow. Its my main goal for the day. I was told anchor would have its RSS feed scraped and it would eventually ahow up there but its been a week already and nothing.

When I did that last year, I had to set it up manually on Apple’s platform. They tie it to your Apple ID and then you manually enter your podcast details (including RSS feed). After that, it takes about a week for Apple to approve and list it.

The more i tell people about the podcast im working on the more it seems there is actually an audience for such a thing. More invigorated than ever to crank out the content to help others on thier journey to their verison of freedom and understanding of the axioms that make it possible. Excited to learn more and hope you are as well.

different clients do it different, which makes it kind of hard. you can either do a quote note via a button or you have to do it manually, by copying the noteid and then adding it to a new note with @ in front of it.

The “perfect cure“ for chronic pain doesn’t exist.

Since all patients have different variations of chronic pain, you can expect that the treatment will not be the same for all. The treatment can include opioids, non-opioids, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. Turning to a healthy lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep) can also help greatly with pain reduction.

I was surprised at how well the Hoobastank song fit with the end scene. I hadn’t thought about that band in years.

Overall, I really liked the series. It dragged in a few places, but overall was really satisfied with the season and how it ended.

Some of your sons may come home and seem like they are crazy. They are not. All they want to do is climb a tree (or do anything risky), wrestle in the grass, and be the hero. They spend their whole day at school where there are no trees, they aren't allowed to take risks, and they are told to never question authority. Three of my kids will be fine. The other one can't be contained. It's my job to make sure he goes to school with enough padding, so that the walls around him don't hurt too much, as he bashes against them.

I recently heard a podcast with parkour expert Rafe Kelley. He had a similar childhood experience and explained that martial arts helped a lot. You might enjoy his content.

Ever hear from people that they want to be passionate about something? They want to want, but can't for some reason.

The problem is that they've become too high time preference. Their desire muscles are weak as they've been hopped up on the mental equivalent of sugary soft drinks. The most desire they can conjure up is envy at what others have. It's the laziest sort of desire there is.

Real passion requires discipline, which involves some short term suffering like frustration, boring repetition, and failure. But long term there is joy, enlightenment and skill.

Be careful what you desire and manage it accordingly.

Young people are often told to follow their passion, but then struggle to identify one.

If you want to be passionate about something, work to develop your skills and competence in a given area. It feels amazing to have a skill and continue to further develop it.

Nostr is a rebirth of the internet.

How do you see Nostr developing over the next decade or more? It sounds like you see it as much more than a social media protocol.

My favorite thing about #Bitcoin is that it is fair. Everyone must play by the same rules.

Whether you are an individual stacking sats, a family saving, a corporation adding Bitcoin to its balance sheet, or a nation state adopting Bitcoin as a reserve asset, everyone voluntarily opts in to the same transparent, predictable rules.
