It was popping up here on Nostr from time to time how some people could only use crypto there. I've also seen some news about more and more countries adopting crypto officially like El Salvador. Did I misunderstand the situation and exaggerated the reality?
I've only recently been made aware of how important #bitcoin is for an average person in all over South America. Where can I read more about it? Any reliable unbiased sources? - Cryptographically secure identity.
- Identity bound to the network instead of a company/app which makes it impossible for your account or content to get controlled or manipulated by anyone except yourself.
- Possibility of direct tipping or money transfer without anyone in the middle between you and the recipient.
- You're in direct control of the content you want to see and which communities you're a part of.
- All of the above makes Nostr immune to censorship from anyone.

If you don't care about looking at code I can tell you that we use the iCloud keychain to store your nsec safely.
It's all embedded posts. Primal web isn't using any analytics software.
What a ridiculous decision. Unbelievable. Instead of going after big companies (who are the most responsible for climate change) they are going against farmers? Are they insane?

I've made the first POC version with SwiftUI and it wasn't behaving very well (tbh I'm not an iOS dev, most of the experience I have with Swift was on the back-end). Than we got nostr:npub1k6tqlj78cpznd0yc74wy3k0elmj4nql87a3uzfz98tmj3tuzxywsf0dhk6 on the team who is a uikit god and did pretty much all of the UI 😄
