Make some content, and then label it
During onboarding I want people to be able to describe what topics they are interested in so I’ve been compiling a NIP-51 of t tags they follow
But maybe I should do a list of l tags they are interested in.
I also might rip out this whole onboarding part.
What do you think of adding a list of labels the user “follows”, nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn ? Kind 31985? Are you doing anything like this?
The way I did l tags in coracle (initially) is actually purely as an attribution of t tags to other people's content. So ["l", "topic", "#t"] says the referenced content should have #topic associated in the author's opinion. So I think you could use lists with t tags, 1985's with t tags, and t tag follows in a unified way. I didn't see a need to differentiate in my case between topics and "ugc" since they're basically the same thing.
Sort of both. Technically just the original author can update the link, but right now if there's a collision there's no way to figure out which one to use. Easily fixable by adding the pubkey to the code, but yeah, very ruggable right now
It's not clear in the implementation, but it uses parametrized replaceable events, so you can "add" a new sticker with the same ID as before and it'll update. Relay suggestions is a good idea, I want to add some other configuration into the QR codes too
Built a fun little micro-app today at https://sticker.coracle.social. It allows you to label physical things with a url using nostr!

Just finished recording a podcast episode with nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr and during the whole conversation I was nervously watching hurricane force winds blowing trees over and sending branches and stuff flying around everywhere just ouside my window.

Stay safe there buddy
circling back - I made some tweaks and I think we’re good.
we’re using cloudfront and it seems they only append CORS headers when there is an origin header? I observed the same behavior testing nostrimg.com resources:
curl -H "Origin: example.com" -v https://cdn.stemstr.app/stream/e3d8485d8a8824e4a9426cad727e8661edc6022d34b180d2bbf1ecb1a12f490a.m3u8 2>&1 >/dev/null | grep "access-control"
< access-control-allow-origin: *
Nice, seems to be working much better now

No, but not many people have created curations yet. It only pulls from your follows, so follow me and you should see a couple come up.
It took me like 2 weeks to read it
I have written 6 different personal finance applications over the years. I now usr a spreadsheet
I really enjoyed this article on the topic.
Can't believe we made it happen lol
I was trying to figure out until I scrolled to the bottom if this was some kind of cloud swap or something
It's just a pet opinion of mine, I haven't thought about it from first principles or anything. Retweets are never the most interesting content on twitter, either on my feed or when looking through my own tweets. They just add noise, and content recommendations based on social graph can be accomplished lots of other ways.
