I switched to raw milk almost 2 years ago now and have not looked back. It is far superior. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to get your hands depending on which state you live. However, it seems like more states are now adopting support of raw milk. Pretty easy where I live because I can buy it from grocery stores. I like your setup though. Would be cool to source raw milk and eggs directly from local farmers.

Yea big difference between vacationing and traveling. Vacations can be fun for a couple days but traveling and adventure is far more rewarding and fun. More travels and less vacations.

Hunting feels like it should be on here. Wilderness, perseverance, grit, preparation, adventure all wrapped into one activity.
I currently have no experience and none of my immediate family hunts, but it seems very challenging and rewarding.
There is no such thing as bad foods, only bad ingredients. Use quality ingredients and the meal will be healthy.
GO OUTSIDE
Society has killed adventure and replaced it with blue screens. Most people nowadays work and live behind screens. Summer is a chance to return to adventure. Do not waste your opportunity.

I think sugar is really important for metabolic health. There are multiple reasons for this but the biggest ones are that sugar is vital for thyroid, hormones, and counteracting stress. Honey, fruit, maple syrup are my favorites. A great book regarding nutrition for metabolic health is How To Heal Your Metabolism by Kate Deering. Highly recommend.
I have also been paying more attention to my ālight diet.ā Prioritizing red light after sunset and minimizing blue light.
Not looking good for us men out here. Both men and women have to be paying attention to their health since the modern world is slowly poisoning all of us. The time is now to reclaim your health.
