I like it. I read Digital Minimalism earlier this year and it really helped me put my phone down and disconnect for a while, but I feel like it crept back up on me. Fucking reddit is the worst for me. I need to reread that book. I've always been into tech but lately it's like I'd love a cabin in the woods and maybe dialup or dsl or a big fucking switch to turn it all off so I can intermittently just disconnect from the enshittified, addicting web, and the glowing little shitboxes of addiction and dopamine factories we carry around.
