The way Hobby Lobby handles inventory seems like it’s straight out of 1999. You can especially tell when you return something and the cashier is literally crossing stuff off the receipt with an ink pen.
A video you can almost taste. #christmas #baking https://video.nostr.build/8b8d856d75cdad9509c0a5cc4f856b5606909b7cdeabe2889a7978cea3e56150.mp4
I’m embarrassed that this never occurred to me. nostr:note1v050pz9365w2n6hm2026fp6hxupmljy2lymdnu9kjs8ywyfjazkq7ws4aj
Today I'm launching Flare, a video sharing site built on Nostr! 🎉
Like YouTube, Flare lets you upload, view, comment, and like videos from your favorite creators. BUT unlike YouTube, we can't strike, shadow-ban, or demonetize you just because we disagree 🤗
Since Flare is built on Nostr, you are free to serve your content from anywhere and consume content from any kind 34235 client you'd like.
Check it out at https://www.flare.pub/ 🔥
I don't quite understand why this is so good. Maybe it's technical and I just need to learn more, but isn't one major reason nostr is so censorship resistant because the notes can be posted to multiple relays? I've often been confused about how the analagous dynamic could be done for video. If this is just uploading a video to one server hosted by Flare, or anybody else, doesn't have the same long term problem as any other video hosting platform? #asknostr

nostr:npub1zach44xjpc4yyhx6pgse2cj2pf98838kja03dv2e8ly8lfr094vqvm5dy5 This looks awesome! So is all the content hosted on AWS? How do you plan to monetize this so it’s sustainable?
Had the same question.
Yeah it certainly seems like it’s been seriously unfairly demonized. Especially for a nutrient that is necessary for life. But there is probably a level of sodium intake that, when consistently kept above, is suboptimal. But maybe not? I haven’t gone down that rabbit hole.
This would be awesome. I use Brave everyday and thought it was so stupid that they made up their own shitcoin instead of using Bitcoin.
What’s the easiest way to do this? Just buy a rotisserie chicken, eat most of the meat, then throw it in the crockpot?
lol. That’s a good point.
I was at deer camp with my cousin and he was drinking warm chicken broth in the mornings. I read a little bit about it and sounds like it’s got good nutrients in it. A lot of sodium though.
Anyone else do this? I actually quite like it, especially in the evenings. #foodstr
What company?
I’ve gone from thinking the Polar Express was just okay to I don’t like it that much to wtf is even going on in this movie.

This time of the year is exhausting. Just ask my dog.

You’re probably right. People don’t intuit exponential growth very well at all and I do think LLM showed us we are closer than many thought.

Is there a quick way to find your first note? I know I'm coming close to my one-year mark on nostr but don't want to scroll forever to find it.
