For my daily eating, I try to eat but one time a day and that’s in the evening around 5pm. It’s grass-fed ground beef with eggs. In this case, I make the eggs in a traditional Japanese style called Tamagoyaki.

I also put honey on everything 🍯

Reason is simple in regard to eating once per day; and that’s to increase the amount of energy that you have so it may carry you through the day. One needs to understand that giving your body a break from digesting and allowing it to focus on repair is incredibly important.

Not to mention, getting plenty of sunlight and paying attention to your light and dark cycles (mitochondria related).
