My hay fever disappeared when I cut out all plants and sugars. Now when I sneeze it's a total surprise and usually from histamine in egg whites or a new salt brand I hadn't ingested before.

Which anatomical study is that? The ones I've seen shows that our digestive systems are short and similar to cats and dogs which are carnivores. Very different from apes which are longer and allow fibre to ferment into long chain fatty acids. Our short intestines can't do that so fibre just ends up being an irritant which bulks up stool and makes you go everyday for no reason. Fibre is also an antinutrient which blocks nutrient absorption. Never mind the fact that greens are full of oxolates, lectins, tannins and hundreds of other known toxins.

Our stomach acid is also more acidic than known carnivores, cats and dogs but less acidic than vultures.

Also, human remains from before the agricultural revolution (13k years ago) , show from the level of nitrogen isotopes than we primarily ate meat. It also shows that humans were significantly taller, larger skulls with 11% larger brains. Plus there were very few bone lesions meaning that disease was minimal. Humans back then wouldn't eaten whatever they could find to survive if hunting was scarce. So that's when they would've dug up legumes but it's nothing like the manufactured sugar infused fruit and veg that is abundant in shops today.

Now, as with all carnivores, we can eat and survive on other foods but that doesn't mean they're good for us. We thrive on meat and fats. Just like the easy we've fed our carnivore pets our toxic food so that they've developed the same diseases we get. This doesn't happen when in the wild they instinctively eat their species appropriate diet.

Isn't it time we did the same as the people of this world are just becoming more obese, more ill, more depressed and more hopeless on the standard omnivore diet. Especially when many of us have tried the carnivore lifestyle which has enabled us to become much, much healthier. So forgive us from shouting it's benefits to the world too loudly.

Yep. All blue light is blocked and I try and sun gaze every day at sunrise and sunset while grounding barefoot on the lawn. Plus spend at least a few minutes in the sun at noon.

Also lift weights and sprint for exercise.

I have a feeling that deep bear markets are a thing of the past, as is blow off tops. Sideways on a downward trend over months is more likely. Countries and institutions will be the main market drivers. They won't everbbe panic selling. If they do it'll be strategic.

Even with normal friends, it's very difficult to debate someone on Bitcoin whose only learnings about Bitcoin have come from a total of 15 combined minutes of MSM FUD.

Their concept of a digital asset being extremely work intensive to create and impossible to destroy just doesn't fit our digital existance. Digital has come to mean instant, easy to replicate, multiply and delete.

Just to give you guys my take on what I've learned recently. I've been strict carnivore for over 2 years. Body is fat adapted so runs entirely on fat. I don't get hangry anymore or crave anything and forgotten what carbs, fruit or veg taste like. This has been incredible for tons of small issues on my body which have all resolved and I feel like I'm becoming younger.

I'm 54yo, about 88kgs and 1.84cm (200lbs 6'1"). I've got good genetics as body seems to retain muscle even though cycling has been my sport of choice for my whole life and I haven't worked out much.

Been lifting for a few months now, I also sprint either on my stationary spinning bike or outside in the road. I've stopped doing long bike rides more than a decade ago. Rides are more intense on very technical terrain with a focus on strength for downhill/Enduro racing.

Carnivore basically stripped most of the fat off my 95kg body and I went down to 83kgs. But some muscle left too. So I became defined, with a long, lean muscle athletic look. Was eating just under 2 grams of protein per kg of lean body mass. Early on during carnivore I started doing the 100 push ups per day with some pulls up and squats. When I started lifting I increased to 2.5g protein per kg which is closer to 1g per pound.

Not knowing much about lifting, I started researching and learning from YT experimenting and using what made sense and seems to work for me. I've put on a couple of kgs of muscle these few months doing what ties in with the current discussion here.

The weight lifting format I follow is to do a set to failure with a weight that gets me 10 to 15 reps. Wait only 15 to 20 seconds and then go to failure again. Then another 15 second wait for a final set. Doesn't matter how many reps as long as the muscles are fatigued. Example 10 - 6 - 4. Apparently the term is effective reps. Not a lot of time wasting and it feels like you are continuously in those last few reps right before failure. Intensity is very high but short. I'm now experimenting with having more rest days per week. Possibly only working out twice or 3 times.

So eating more protein and lifting that way has definitely increased muscle in a handful of months. There seems to be a little bit of extra fat but it's mostly muscle as I can still see ab, chest, and shoulder definition.
