The other day as we were rounding a corner, there was a giant cow butt in the other corner.

Tonight, there we're two calves on the side of the road, that quickly spread out across the road as we were going home. Hubby let the car crawl forward and eventually they did move out of the way, but they seemed quite dumbfounded as to how to react. Hopefully they just learned and will move off of the road faster next time 🤣

What's the healthiest, most non-toxic cookware? I've been reading up on it a bit, but there is so much information from so many different places.

For frying pans, it seems like cast iron or carbon steel. (both requiring seasoning)

For bakeware, it seems like borosilicate glass.

For stovetop pots, it seems like enameled cast iron? I'm really having trouble with this category.

I know there are stainless steel options with encased aluminum cores, but something about cooking all of your food on a surface with a neurotoxin millimeters below doesn't quite feel right.

I normally switched to green tea instead of coffee.

It was better — but not quite. I had to drink a lot of it and that much liquid made me lose electrolytes and still feel burnt out after work.

It also made me feel hungry.
