Nostrs already worldwide maybe you can't see that because you haven't added other relays to your profile. I see more people speaking french, german, & spanish on nostr then I do see people speaking english. It's a problem for me because I have to mute every non english person but they keep joining nostr so fast my muting is ineffective which is why I been asking for a language filter in amethyst

Watch dogs 2 warned us of the coming of AI & how companies would use it in population control by using ai to determine ur health insurance, car insurance, credit approval, & other automated services. They warned us of driverless cars causing accidents for people with low or bad credit because they can milk them with higher premiums forever & the electrial spike price rise.
Legion warns us of ai built into everything makes everyone a walking recording device. How AI will make us achieve what may seem impossible such as transferring concesiousness from one body to another, how dead people's brains are recycled after autopsy to create ai smart house assistants, It also shows how AI will be used in hospitals for surgery & oops by logical conclusion based off a % calculatiom algorithim along w health insurance, past history to determine if it's better to just let the patient die & the AI will put you into a comatose death.
Ubisoft tried to tell us years in advanced. What you mean you could tell in Watch Dogs 2 when they kept referring to Noodle they were really talking about Google? In Legion when the cops use drones to search, stun, arrest, & kill did you really believe that wasn't going to happen? When martial law is in effect there won't be troops on the streets they warned us there will be trillions of drones in the sky like a locust swarm shooting from above & out of reach with electric wind induced shots. Yea that's right conjuring a lightning bolt.

Quite literally, replace the negativity with positivity. When your brain says “they hate me”, or “you’re not good enough”, learn to pivot your thought process to all of the positive moments and interactions that challenge that worry.
It takes time and it’s not easy, but behavioral changes start from within.
I’m not a disciplined person. I still have a hard time forcing myself to do anything on a regular basis. But, if I can start to figure it out and take the first steps, so can you.
