I personally like the thought process the producer has made. Just going on health from a macro perspective. Looking at which people live the longest and are still fit with many years of life experience. To ask them what their habits are and try becoming aware what some parts of a healthy long life could look like.

I have one general big problem with your argumentation. Why are you attacking me in every post? Aren't you able to have an argument?
But whatever correlations you try to draw. Any correlation does not imply any causality at all. Come up with som sources that show health benefits for extreme meat consumption, or just accept that meat consumption is only healthy in moderate consumption.
Maby the documentary about the blue zones gives one strong argument, that plants are important to live healthy. Because which measure when not powerful aged people can show with their livestyle what is actually the most healthy?

Stay happy with your great communication skills. Absolutly charming π
Wie meinst du das? Ist gestern wa passiert?
Keep on with your personal theories
When you relate to general health. Why did the general health then go down while meat consumption did only rise? At least it is hard to argue, that meat is very healthy for any measures. And the fact, you are attacking me and not my arguments indicates you have poor argumentation.
I actually started this diet because of gut issues. Following doctor recommendations made my gut problems significantly worse. Increasing fiber & "whole grains" caused severe pain & inflammation. I had intestinal colitis & I was probably headed for a chrones diagnosis if I had continued eating the way our corrupt health system recommends, but all of that was completely cured by removing all grains, veg oils, & reducing carbs. The truth is that we cannot digest fiber & so it is devoid of any nutritional benefit & bassically just an irritant. Plants in general are devoid of key nutrients & contain toxins like oxalate, lectins, saponins, tannins, etc. The "studies" that say otherwise (as your article touts) are paid for by cereal companies & other corrupt corporations that want people to believe their "plant based," addictive, cheap to produce & store & ship, high profit margin, garbage is healthier than meat & eggs & butter which are actual foods. I have been on a grain free low carb diet for 12+ years & I have been carnivore for 7 of those years.
I made this to explain the nutritional value of foods some years ago: https://nostpic.com/media/ec99edc5567e02815fb15020285e2fa8390931cedf59c83d6bb2c5f6ee1530b9/c4cc2aeb7cd998510d5346d28dbd0ac4ab9885179ba60afb07383761fa4284a4.webp
I am sorry for your condition.
And for sure it is true that our gut system does not digest fibres. Noone is arguing otherwise I think. But they are a good source of food for the bacteria populating our gut. So generally speaking they support the gut biome.
Uff my bad. Wanted to write are acidic. So they rather lower PH value. And this
And that seems not to matter too much:

So my point wasn't worth to note.
You talking about. And what references do you have? On what bases you form your counter opinion?
Piracy on ships?
I hope your baby will be healthy. Maby with the help of god, when your diet alredy will not support it with health.
Yes for sure we can digest meat without problem. If it is benefitial for your health in high volume I would doubt. Since meat increases your Ph-value and delivers no advantage for guthealth at all.

Did you alredy hear something about guthealth?
Great answer from Leo tha KI of Brave:
- Create a safe and respectful environment:. Establish clear ground rules for communication, active listening, and constructive feedback.
- Focus on interests, not positions: Encourage group members to share their underlying concerns, needs, and goals, rather than just their initial positions.
- Seek common ground: Identify areas of agreement and build upon them, rather than focusing solely on differences.
- Be patient and persistent: Consensus-building is often a time-consuming process. Be willing to revisit and refine ideas until a mutually acceptable solution is reached.
