For whatever reason it smells like home when I smell onions cooking. My mom never really sauteed onions, maybe it's that when I started learning to cook it was one of the first things I did 🤷♀️.
One day I will go and visit her and she will cook them and I will smell like onions for days and we'll all be happy 😂

I used to watch the food network ages ago, they were always making pesto. The meal plan service I use has recipes to toast them and throw them on salads. They're good that way but other toasted nuts work just as well 🤷♀️.
