Assuming you mean the net, yes, it's fairly common on camping hammocks. Some people have separate nets that go over the entire hammock, also. This one zips all the way around so it can be removed. Others are sewn on one side and zippered on the other, so it's permanent, but easy to get in and out. All personal preference.

Currently taking a spin in the Trail Lair from Simply Light Designs. It's slightly customized for me for length and width, and it has a cool little peak shelf added to stash stuff. This will probably be my go-to rig for a while.

I had two siblings 10 years ago, one of them died suspiciously within the first 2 years, his sister grieved for months and she never got along with the new kitten so it was quite adorable with how she bonded with my old tenant. Now she lives in Poland.

Yes it's a Chinese cabbage of sorts. It has a very very mild mustard flavour. Very fresh flavour not too far off from lettuce. It grows a bit like a lettuce but it is very fast. It grows best in early spring. Plant early!

Some neat lettuce varieties I grew last year. So much colour and variation. This growing season is going to be the best one yet!

My last crop of hot peppers just came out of the fermenter. Gonna be a crazy mix of hot hell. Blended, sent through the food mill. Will dehydrate the pulp and grind to a fine powder. Will add only a small amount of vinegar since the fermentation made it's own. Thinking of adding maple syrup and a bit of rum to finish the sauce
