I had stomach issues since I was a kid. Prob too many antibiotics. Was also anemic.

I eat a very clean (basically paleo) diet and cut out gluten, (14 years) / alcohol (9 years) but still not as good as it could be. And I get my ass kicked when I travel sometimes.

Also just felt like something was in there. More of an intuition and turns out there sure is even though a stool sample months ago showed nothing. I’ve had two colonoscopies in the last decade. Western docs just say I have inflammation which basically means they don’t know.

Eating clean, low carbs and no alcohol solved 80% of it, but I rather be 100%. Fasting 5 didn’t do it (I’ll do that again for cellular benefits, but nothing left my body like happens w some people). So far so good but only on day 3 of 10. Will do multiple times to get these critters at different life cycles. It’s not a one time thing from what I’m learning.

I bought myself some mom day flowers. I'm gonna love whatever cards and whatnot my kids give me but 🤷‍♀️ I happen to love peonies and ranunculus and used it as an excuse to treat myself. Plus I needed something in that porch corner 🌸

I've grown ten babies, sadly lost one of them, and to this day rarely get an uninterrupted night's sleep. I wouldn't trade these beautiful and incredible people for anything, but if I can buy myself some flowers in celebration of them, I'm gonna be good with that.

Was thinking about this today. All the railing against WEF, CBDC etc. feels compelling to me, but maybe we’re just overestimating their power over us and underestimating our power to opt out.

In the garden mostly today. Dug up a hibernating tree #frog. I didnt realize they hibernated in the ground. Ive seen lots of toads doing this. Overwintering spinach is looking good and i transplanted a succession bed of spinach. Even a little badminton in the yard with my 2 kids. Tree swallows arrived here too.
