It's written by a former Hedge Fund manager and does a deep dive on how all collateral will be swept up when the great crash happens. He quotes all the laws and regulations that make this possible so anyone can cross reference. This is way bigger than just money printing. Here's a quote from the book:

I do agree that it is chaotic. One thing that should stay true is NIPS should not change once merged unless to fix actual bugs. After that it should be a new NIP so that the NIPS can be unique capability identifiers.
