Meanwhile, on the digital front, once the correct nonce is discovered, a block is validated and added to the blockchain, symbolizing a state of increased order, a negentropic process. Hence, in the PoW mechanism, entropy in the form of the unknown nonce is transferred to the environment as heat, while the digital realm gains order with the discovery and inscription of the nonce on the blockchain. This process metaphorically suggests that the inherent design of PoW moves entropy from the uncertain digital state (searching for the nonce) to the physical world, leaving behind increased order (validated blocks) in its wake.
PoW pulls entropy from the digital realm and disipates it in the physical.

If the dollar is no longer a unit of account, then "pricing" Bitcoin in USD won't happen on exchanges either.
However, it does not follow that there won't be UTXO bands in a non dollarized world.
But it's all silly in the medium run because dollar dominance is going to INCREASE, not decrease) in the next several decades. All the small currencies are going to get absorbed into a global fiat oligopoly of 2-3 fiats. The bands are doing to strengthen over that time, not weaken.
Then, even in the case of hyperbitcoinization, society will probably convergev on best practices that will cause banding.

In societies where the official currency is unreliable, or subject to inflation, alternative mediums like real estate, art, stocks, etc., can be used for exchange and therefore carry a monetary premium. People use their houses not as an ATM, but as actual money. They are better money than the dollar. They give the state another layer of economic power since it can and does so easily control and heavily influence the distribution of those alternative mediums of exchange.
