New York was/is multicultural. I think the problem here is that these people didn't come to England hoping to work hard and achieve the "American Dream" they heard you could get free shit and not have to do anything. Then they show up and the free shit isn't satisfying enough so they resent the locals for having more than they do.

I don't think so. Block's position is based on the idea that if the child can survive outside of the womb then it should be illegal to abort it. Which means that eventually we would ban abortion ball together because sooner or later babies will be able to survive outside the womb at any age
To my knowledge Rothbard was against punitive measures against mothers who abort even in late stages. Based on the idea that no person is required to care for another.
Also I don't like using the term eviction because it makes me think of evictionism(Walter Block's compromising take on abortion)

I take the Rothbardian side of this argument(to the best of my knowledge). Another person does not have the right to infringe upon another person or the fruits of their labor. In this case if the child is removed and cannot survive without the mothers assistance. The mother should not be held legally liable.
That said, I disagree with abortion personally and would not suggest it as sensible option.
I'm just unwilling to cage someone over an abortion.
