I am a husband, father, son, musician, market gardener, landscape gardener, anarchist, skeptic of almost all accepted truths. My posts can often be described as the "prove me wrong" meme

You have a rogue shoot, that sucks.

I just planted two Bambusa Oldhamii in my backyard. In three years they will be 18 metres (59 feet in Freedom Units) tall and the culms will be 4-6 inches in diametre.

They are clumpers not runners

When the pizza is that good ... 😉

Happy Friday everyone

Yeah some games need Windows, I don't playing games but understand that. Another option you have is to run Windows as a virtual machine inside of Linux. Virtualbox runs as a program inside of Linux and you can load any version of Windows you wish.

If you get it to work this means you have a Windows window running, just like a Brave or any other program

Isn't it amazing, I am surprised an Aussie did this first, although he probably set it up during Lockdowns, this way could trade without "close contacts". Australia was a nightmare during the the COVID scam

Yes I am in the NW corner of Victoria, Australia. The land of Lockdowns

I have been on Ubuntu for a very long time. I would suggest you follow your advice and dual boot. Use Windows for whatever you need it for but use Linux day to day

I used to work on a cattle farm that did daily moves. I loved managing the grazing so much, we are hoping to get on some acreage and run cattle in the future

Check out this amazing farmer who lives in NSW Australia. They have their own shop that has NO STAFF. Everything is done via memberships and apps, customers can access the shop 24/7 with a unique code.

Oh yeah he also accepts Bitcoin

For all of you Northerners, here is what my Autumn in Victoria, Australia looks like. We are similar to parts of California and have an all year growing season.
